The second kind of poker player i.e. the loose passive poker player is also easy to defeat because he is the one who rarely bets or checks his bets. You can defeat a loose passive player by betting and trying to check the bets being raised. The third category of the poker players includes the tight passive players. He is usually referred to as a Rock. He is the player who pretends having something that his opponents should be careful about. This strategy of the tight passive poker player works for him even at the times he has nothing with him. This is simply because he is being identified as the tight player. You can always opt to be aggressive against a tight passive poker player. Be careful if he calls or re-raises the bets. He is the one who plays only premium starting hands and pocket pairs. The forth kind of poker player is the tight aggressive player. You may find difficulty in identifying such a poker player because he is in a lot of hands and can easily be confused with a fish. He is the poker player who plays his position, limps in and raises the bets with small suited connectors and small pocket pairs. He bets only the premium starting hands. You can always join him and beat him.
