Save time by using text modules for your support work. To give you a good head start, you can use our free collection of 55 text modules properly sorted into 18 folders. They are bilingual and can be easily inserted in your Outlook answer e-mails. And if you need other canned texts than that, simply edit the text library and add your own texts in the languages that you want. ReplyButler (the software that stores these texts) can handle texts in many languages.

In addition to the new free modules, in ReplyButler for Outlook there are many reply patterns related to office work and journalism and some other great features that makes e-mail communication for you easier and relieves the stress of your e-mail overload. For example, it pre-writes addressing and greeting phrases. It uses the correct name and gender in the addressing phrase by itself, securing against any typos in names. Let's say you got an e-mail from some John F. Smith. One click on the reply button and your answer already contains both the addressing phrase with correct user name and gender (Dear Mr. Smith) and the greeting phrase. Furthermore, the program will automatically simplify ugly subject-lines (RE: SV: WG: Subject) and warn you if you forgot to insert an attachment.

The best feature is of course the administrator of text modules (aka canned texts) directly in Outlook. That can be a huge time-saver when answering customer e-mails. Just choose the right pre-written text from the menu and it will automatically be inserted into your e-mail. In the right language of course, because ReplyButler supports multi-language text modules. And if you're missing the language that your customer used in his e-mail, then ReplyButler can contact an online translation services (for free) and have the text module translated into the right language within seconds.

If you're using Outlook, you should try ReplyButler today. It's free to use for 30 days and even after that many of the features remain free.
