Healing Occurs:
When I release negative dialogue in relationship to my body, mind and spirit. When I release negative relations to other people. When I realize that there is really no us and them; there is only us.
Where do we begin the healing process? First of all recognize that when we have negative dialogue with ourselves and with other people we begin to create disease, in our body, mind and spirit. (To know more about our voice and our conversations visit my article and blog about voice).
Our bodies are incredible mechanisms and were designed to heal themselves. Whether it is our physical body and given the proper nutrition knows how to begin the healing process, just as it knows how to heal a cut and it automatically begins the process immediately.
Why then do we allow ourselves to have negative thoughts? We know that by being positive and projecting positive energy that we regain a harmonious state and therefore the healing process begins, in our minds, our body, and our spirit.
Recently a person made a comment to me that I felt was not the most confidence building thing for me. Internally I had taken the comment and let it change my posture. I had looked at it rather negatively in energy in my mind and spirit. Knowing that in order to heal myself I must release the negativity I had created. I know too that this was said to assist me and that the person’s energy was from a positive and supporting role. In order to heal myself I have found it very beneficial for me to write out what I was struggling with. I put it on paper where I can see where and what the challenge was, then I simply throw away that paper. The problem is released; I have begun the healing process in my mind, body and spirit.
Now I focus on the positive aspects of healing and the lessons I have learned. I write down the positives and read them several times. As the saying goes; “We are what we focus upon. Our focus is our connection to our future. We can not help moving in the direction of our focus”. So I intend to focus on the positive of healing my emotions, my thoughts, and my energy.
Although I have read the book “Law of Attraction” by Esther and Jerry Hicks previously, I was recently inclined to read it again. In this book they explain how what we focus on we get. Whether it is good or bad, it is what we have set our attention and focus on. In order to have a truly healing effect in my life I focus on the positive side and that is why I throw away the negative piece of paper. In that way I have focused my attention on the positive one by reading it over several times. It is a subconscious healing process and effect.
Since we are all connected through our spirit, we all share feelings, challenges, and we all have abilities. Perhaps this will assist you in healing your mind, body and spirit as it has served me. Go forward learning your lessons and healing your mind, body and spirit.
My next article and blog will be on release which ties well with this article and the article on voice. See how things are so connected?
